7-day return window

You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Non-returnable items

• Perishable groceries and fresh food
• Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
• Customised or made-to-order items

How to request a return

1. Email returns@getanythinglk.online with your order number and reason.
2. Our team will arrange pickup or share return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund methods

Refunds are issued via the original payment method, or as store credit / bank transfer for COD orders.
